Gorkha Group Security Services Pvt.Ltd. Established in 2075-02-24 B.S., with the purpose of providing security guards within the country. This company is registered under the Labor Act 1992 of Nepal Government at the company registrar’s office in Kathmandu and running under the system of government’s rule and regulation according to the Act and follows the labor act and rules. We have to submit annual reports to the concerned authorities. Company is enrolled under the taxation law and VAT system. Company is operated under the leadership and guidance of trained, highly qualified and competent high ranking ex-army and Ex-Police officer. We conduct security training to produce qualified and motivated security guards and refresher training before posting the guards to their duties.

Keeping in view the above mentioned threat, we train our guards to render quality security services wherever they may be posted. It is our primary responsibility to impart security instructions and training periodically and inculcate a sense of discipline among the guards, so that they will be responsible and sincere towards their duty with most dedication and commitment.
A. We recruit ex-service men from Army, Police and Armed Police Force on priority basis who are physically and mentally eligible.
B. In order to render our services “par-excellence” we employ the most deserving ex-servicemen with exemplary character. However, to help reducing the increasing unemployment problem, we enroll a limited number of promising civilian candidates and offer them appointments after only rendering necessary training in our institutions.
C. We help to serve and maintain congenial atmosphere with a view to relieve you organization.
D. We train the security personnel about their duties and responsibilities according to rank and file.
E. We teach them how to liaison with police/government authority.
F. We impart them the entire of dealing with visitors including VIPs and VVIPs
G. We impart them how to keep the record and maintain the log books at duty stations of various organization
H. We also train them on the basic handling of security equipment e.g. metal detector, CCTV,elevator, generator, fire-extinguisher and other security related instruments.
I. We give in the house training periodically to ensure that our security guards are up to date with their duties and responsibilities
J. In case of absence of guards, substitute will be provided by the office immediately as informed.
K. To ensure that our men are working effectively, we have patrolling units inspecting regularly.
L. We implement security plan on the nature of company and its surrounding area.
M. If any natural disaster or crime is in notice or occurred, necessary help can be received by immediate information. As the information comes, we can provide “Free Extra” security force in any emergency.
